Packages and prices
Our packages and prices are listed on the pricing page, in Ringgit Malaysia. Prices are final: there are no hidden fees, and we cover card and FPX fees. Each package includes what its description lists; anything else is quoted before we do it.
Payment
A 50% deposit confirms your order and your slot. The remaining 50% is due after the review round, before the website goes live. Web apps and custom systems follow the payment schedule in their quote. You can pay online by card or FPX online banking (processed by Stripe), or by bank transfer or DuitNow. You receive a receipt for every payment.
Timeline and your content
The build timeline starts once your brief and content (text, logo, photos and documents) are complete. Typical timelines are 2–3 weeks for Starter and 4–6 weeks for Business and E-commerce. If content arrives late, the timeline moves with it.
Review and revisions
Every package includes one review round. We send a preview link, and you send all your comments together, in one list, within 14 days. The round covers changes to text, images and layout within your package. If we hear nothing within 14 days, the website counts as approved. Further changes, new pages, new features or a new design direction are quoted per item before we do them.
Refunds
The deposit is refundable in full until we start work. Once work has started, the deposit is not refundable. The balance is only due after your review round.
Launch and handover
Once the balance is paid, we launch the website and hand over the files and access. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name. The first year of hosting, SSL and the domain are included; from the second year, the Care Plan covers them.
Privacy
We use your details only to deliver your project. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your brief and files by Tally. See our privacy notice for details.
