Fill in your details

Pick a package and tell us about your business: your contact details, what the website should do, your domain and links to your files.

Pay the 50% deposit

Pay half on Stripe's secure page by card or FPX online banking, or by bank transfer or DuitNow. Then send us your logo, photos and documents.

We build your website

We start as soon as your brief and content are complete: usually 2–3 weeks for Starter, 4–6 weeks for Business and E-commerce.

One review round

We send you a preview link. Send all your comments in one go within 14 days, and we make the changes.

Pay the balance and launch

After the changes we send the invoice for the remaining 50%. Once it is paid, your website goes live in your name.

Clear rules, no surprises.

  • One review round

    Send all your comments within 14 days of the preview. The round covers text, image and layout changes within your package.

  • Extra changes are quoted first

    Anything beyond the review round, or new pages and features, is quoted per item before we do it.

  • The timeline starts with your content

    The build timeline starts once your brief and content are complete.

  • Deposit refund

    Refundable in full until we start work. Once work has started, the deposit is not refundable.

  • Balance before launch

    The remaining 50% is due after the review round, before the site goes live and the files are handed over.

  • Your site, in your name

    Your domain and hosting are registered in your name, and the website is yours once paid in full.

Questions before you order.

What happens after I order?01
You fill in a short form about your business and website. Your details reach us first, then you pay the deposit on Stripe's secure page. After payment you can send your logo, photos and documents, and we confirm your start date by email within one working day.
Can I pay by bank transfer instead?02
Yes. Email us the package you want and we will send an invoice with our bank details. DuitNow works too.
What counts as a revision?03
Changes to text, images and layout within your package, sent together in one list within 14 days of the preview. New pages, new features or a new design direction are quoted first.
Can I get a refund?04
The deposit is refundable in full until we start work. Once work has started it is not refundable, and the balance is only due after your review round.
